What is Incline Vine?

Incline Vine is a curated home and lifestyle brand built for the modern world. We specialize in stylish, functional home decor — from ambient LED lighting and futuristic incense burners to smart decor and immersive 3D shopping experiences. Every product is chosen to elevate your space and reflect your individuality.

Where do you ship from?

We work with reliable global suppliers located primarily in Asia and the US to ensure quality and efficient shipping. Products may ship from different warehouses depending on availability, which helps us offer better pricing and wider variety.

How long does shipping take?

Please note: Some items may arrive separately if shipped from multiple warehouses. You’ll always receive tracking info for each package.

Do you offer order tracking?

Yes — all orders include tracking. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your tracking status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

We process orders quickly to avoid delays, but if you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we can’t guarantee changes can be made.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Absolutely. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll make it right — either with a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

Returns for change-of-mind are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging.

Please note: Some custom or intimate items may not be eligible for return (this will be stated on the product page).

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes — most items are covered by a 30-day warranty for manufacturing faults. If something’s wrong, we’ll sort it out. For LED or tech-based items, warranty extensions may apply — feel free to ask before purchasing.

Are duties, customs, or VAT included?

We aim to cover as much as possible in our pricing. However, depending on your location, customs or VAT charges may apply at the border. These are the responsibility of the buyer. If you experience unexpected fees, reach out to us — we may be able to assist or reimburse you in some cases.

Are your products good quality?

We don’t settle for average. Every product on our store is reviewed, tested, or vetted through supplier feedback and customer ratings. We only choose suppliers with a solid reputation and high-quality standards.

We also regularly check in on product performance and remove items that don’t meet expectations.

How does the 3D and AR model viewer work?

Many of our products include a built-in 3D viewer so you can explore items from every angle — rotate, zoom, and inspect details before you buy.

Some also include "View in Your Space" (AR) capabilities, allowing you to use your phone to project the product into your actual room. It’s the easiest way to know exactly how something will fit and look in your home.

Do you offer custom or bulk orders?
