Return & Refund Policy – Incline Vine

30-Day Return Policy

At Incline Vine, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
✔ Be in the same condition that you received it
✔ Be unworn or unused, with tags still attached
✔ Be in its original packaging
✔ Include the receipt or proof of purchase

🚨 Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email inclinevine@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Address: If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and the return address. (Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.)
  3. Inspection & Refund: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 10 business days if eligible.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a:

  • Defective or damaged product
  • Incorrect item

Contact us within 48 hours at inclinevine@gmail.com, and we will resolve the issue.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
Personalized & custom-made products
Gift cards
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way is to:
1️⃣ Return the original item following the return process.
2️⃣ Place a new order for the item you want.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.

Your item must still meet our return eligibility criteria (unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase).


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at inclinevine@gmail.com.
